Whisky Finder ("we", "us") is a UK-based whisky discovery and price comparison service. We help you find bottles listed by independent and specialist retailers and send you to the retailer's own website to buy. We are not a retailer and we never sell alcohol.

We list bottles, prices and stock information collected from retailers' own websites and feeds, and we provide links to those retailers. We do not sell, supply, deliver or take payment for alcohol. Every purchase is a contract between you and the retailer, on the retailer's own terms.

The retailer is solely responsible for licensing, age verification, payment, delivery, returns and customer service for anything you buy from them.

You must be 18 or over to use this service. By using Whisky Finder you confirm that you are at least 18 years old. Please drink responsibly.

Prices and stock levels are taken from each retailer's website at the time shown as "last checked" and may have changed since. We do not guarantee that a price or bottle is still available. Always confirm the price and availability on the retailer's own site before buying.

Some links to retailers are commercial: we may earn a commission when you click through and buy. This never changes the price you pay, and it does not influence how bottles are ranked in search results.

If you create an account you are responsible for keeping your sign-in details confidential and for activity on your account. We may suspend or remove accounts that misuse the service.

You must not scrape, copy or bulk-download our listings, attempt to disrupt the service, or use it for anything unlawful. We may block access where we reasonably believe this is happening.

The Whisky Finder name, design and original content belong to us. Bottle names, images and trademarks belong to their respective owners and are shown for identification and comparison only.

We provide the service "as is" and do our best to keep it accurate and available, but we don't promise it will be error-free or uninterrupted. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for losses arising from your use of the service or from purchases you make from retailers. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page is the current one; continued use of the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
